Innovative technologies can enhance the effectiveness of learning and enrich the learning experience, and mastering IT is critical for young people to secure their future employment opportunities or to start up their own business. With robust support for students and educators in the 21st century, Microsoft helps youth to realize their talents and move from “opportunities imagined” to “opportunities realized”.

Through our partnership with Microsoft, we are helping our boys understand career opportunities in IT and improve their access to quality computer science education with the goal of increasing the diversity of the IT talent pool to cater to the needs of our fast-changing world. For 3 years running our boys have participated in Microsoft’s Coding Campaign and YouthSpark.

Microsoft’s Coding Campaign which promotes coding to unleash students’ potential on innovation, problem-solving skill and computational thinking competency. YouthSpark is a global Microsoft initiative to increase access for all youth to learn computer science, empowering them to achieve more for themselves, their families and their communities.
